Refund Policy:
NO REFUNDS will be issued for students who fail to show up for class or who arrive after the class has started.
Refunds are issued ONLY if a class is oversold, or we are given 72 hours notice.
If you have a family emergency please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to fill your class slot, so that you may reschedule for a later date.

There will be a $35 cancellation/rescheduling fee when applicable

Items provided for Basic Riders Course: motorcycle , helmet, gloves, all books and study material .

You MUST provide: On time arrival at ALL classes, long sleeve shirt or jacket, full length pants, eye protection (glasses and sun glasses ok) and over the ankle boots. You may bring your own DOT approved helmet and gloves.

Classes run rain or shine!

If under 18, must have completed the first 6 hours of the Texas approved Driver’s Education Course and parent or legal guardian must sign course waiver form.

Students who wish to ride a scooter while attending the BASIC RIDER COURSE must bring their own, or reserve one of ours at the time of their registration. We have a limited number of scooters to train on, and no refund will be issued for students who fail to reserve or bring their own scooter. TXDPS requires scooters to be able to attain a speed greater than 30mph in order to qualify for the license waiver certificate MSB-8.
ALL MINORS must be registered in person by a legal guardian with a valid ID who will complete the waiver forms in person. We will no longer accept online registration for minors!
